A Chefs' Tasting Dinner To Promote WI Homegrown Lunch L’Etoile Restaurant, 25 N. Pinckney St., Madison L’Etoile’s Executive Chef Tory Miller has invited chefs from around the state of Wisconsin to join him in preparing this fabulous 6-course dinner. All proceeds from the dinner will be donated to REAP for the WI Homegrown Lunch program to support bringing healthy, local foods into our schools! The evening’s courses will be prepared by renowned Wisconsin chefs: Tory Miller, L’Etoile Restaurant, Madison Sandy D’Amato, Sanford’s Restaurant, Milwaukee Jack Kaestner, Oconomowoc Lake Club, Oconomowoc Nathan Berg, Native Bay Restaurant, Chippewa Falls and Justin Carlisle, Harvest Restaurant, Madison. And in celebration of National Dairy Month, the sixth course will be a sampling of wonderful Wisconsin artisanal cheeses. The dinner cost is $95 per person. Optional wine flights will be available. (Beverages, tax and gratuity are not included.)
